GUTTERING:
 At Affordable Aluminum we offer several gutter sizes and styles to suit your needs. Gutter can be broken down into three different groups, residential, commercial, and super gutter. The residential gutter or standard house gutter is also called “k” gutter, standard is 6” (distance it protrudes away from the house). 5” “k” gutter is available but it is so uncommon it ends up costing more per LF versus the 6” on most jobs. Commercial gutter is usually Galvalum (thicker and stronger) and is 7”. Super gutter is a thick, extruded aluminum gutter in either 5” or 7”. Super gutter’s primary purpose is to go in-between a pool cage or screen room and the structure, this way you are able to direct the water away from the lanai and still have your pool cage attached to your house. We can make any of these gutters in any color imaginable but the standard colors are white, bronze, royal brown and ivory. We own the roll form machine to produce the most common 6” house gutter on a trailer giving us that ability to bring the machine to your house and run off the gutter at exact lengths. For custom colors and drop shipped gutter, minimums apply. There is also one more style of gutter called roll formed gutter, it is the same style as “k” gutter but is square instead of the five sided look. This gutter is used on car ports and mobile homes. We do have roll form gutter available as a special order item.
For most gutter jobs you will also need trim fascia or drip edge to match, at Affordable Aluminum we have the material and equipment to slit, cut, bend and twist just about any shape imaginable in our break metal department.
