RESIDENTAL DOORS:
  Residential doors can be split up into swinging doors and sliding doors. Your swinging door could be a decorative glass enhanced front door, simple solid fiberglass side garage door, or a French door to a patio. Most doors are standard sizes and cannot be built as a custom size; usually you will need to order the next size down and case out the opening. The options and looks of residential doors are almost as numerous as there are houses they go into, there are finish options such as smooth or wood grain, glass styles, types and privacy ratings, double doors, single doors, with matching sidelights, impact, insulated, and even bomb resistant to name a few. The newest Florida Building codes stipulate an out swing door for the front door for security, although doors are sold in either out or in swing. Most doors come “prep to paint” or primed white, we can have the door professionally painted in house if requested. The knob and locking system is sold separately form the door giving an even wider range of choices.
